Tengawa is the first and only restaurant in Singapore to specialise in Japanese white curry. Originating from Hokkaido, white curry is a creamier and richer counterpart of the common brown sauce based Japanese curry.

The fragrant white curry is prepared using fresh Hokkaido milk, and paired with free flow of premium akitakomachi rice and miso soup. Choose from three set meals: juicy Ibérico pork patty ($15.80), crunchy chicken katsu ($15.80), and succulent ebi fry ($16.80). The spanish pork patty has a richness and flavour unique to Iberico pork. The chicken katsu and ebi fry are coated and deep fried with panko (Japanese style breadcrumbs), giving them airy flakes that has a light and crunchy texture.
Each set also comes with truffle oil chawanmushi and tsukemono (vegetables pickles). Our smooth and fragrant truffle oil chawanmushi is another first in Singapore, and is a big hit with our guests!
