The founders of Toriki lived abroad in Japan for many years and decided to bring what they love, back to Singapore.
Toriki’s yakitori has a flavour that even the Japanese palette will agree with. We take pride in our quality meats and our carefully curated selection of craft beers, sakes and cocktails.
Our yakitori is grilled in a classic “old-school” traditional method, using special Japanese Binchotan charcoal.
Binchotan – white Japanese charcoal – is known as the best quality charcoal. It is a very pure high carbon charcoal made from oak. Unlike lump charcoal and briquettes, because of the high carbon content it is completely odourless – enabling you to enjoy the natural flavours of the food.
